What's Next — Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 June 2026.

By installing or using What's Next ("the app"), you agree to these Terms.

License

What's Next is licensed, not sold, for personal and commercial use on macOS devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app.

Service description

What's Next is a desktop application that surfaces calendar events from third-party providers (currently Google Calendar) in the macOS menu bar. The app is a thin client: it makes requests directly from your Mac to those providers' APIs. We do not operate a server-side component that processes your data.

Third-party services

What's Next relies on Google's OAuth 2.0 and Calendar APIs. Use of those APIs is subject to Google's own terms. Outages, breaking changes, or quota limits imposed by Google may affect the app's functionality, and we are not liable for those.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, free of bugs, or that the data it surfaces will be accurate or timely.

In no event will VentureVoid S.L., its officers, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by quitting it and dragging it to the Trash. We may terminate or modify the app at any time without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
